Starting anything new, especially something like Mixed Martial Arts can be daunting. Mixed Martial Arts promotes its competitive women’s division as much as it men’s, no other sport can boast that and its well recognised the phenomenal contribution women make.

Our Women’s only MMA classes will cover the basics and fundamentals of MMA. MMA by definition takes the practical and effective parts from all Martial Arts and combat sports and pulls them together without clinging onto traditions or techniques just because they have always been done, the mantra is if it works we do it…… if it doesn’t, we don’t!

This makes MMA the best thing to train for self-defense, great for fitness, flexibility and confidence.
