Tom started his martial arts journey at age 10 with a more traditional route, practicing and competing in judo. He also trained in taekwondo and Japanese jiu jitsu, recieving his black belt in 2019! Following this he started training and fell in love with MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Tom’s a qualified personal trainer and an avid runner with a sub 3:30:00 marathon time!
