MMA, Muay Thai, K1 & Boxing.

We have a few of our guys looking to shake off some rust and put into practice some of the skills that they’ve learnt.

As the poster says, these are “light contact” and therefore the perfect second stepping stone once you’ve done a few of the Kraken Gym Shows.

These (as well as the wrestling classes) are compulsory for anybody that wants to compete in amateur MMA under Kraken.
